When I joined SoCoo’c almost a year ago, I had quite a few preconceptions about how technical the role would be. I wondered whether I would be able to master everything.

Thanks to the training programs and the support provided by my store team, I gradually gained confidence and continue to grow every day. Today, I truly enjoy what I do.

I am also fully convinced by the quality of SoCoo’c’s products, which allows me to talk about our kitchens with confidence and pride.

Being part of the Ambassadors Club motivates me even more and strengthens my commitment to the Fournier Retail Group.

Leina

Sales Designer, SoCoo’c

I joined the SoCoo’c store in Nancy Fléville as a Store Assistant. After spending four months in a Store Manager rotation, I was promoted to the Store Manager position thanks to the trust placed in me by my Regional Manager.

Tatiana

Store Manager, SoCoo’c

When I joined SoCoo’c, I was immediately impressed by the level of support provided.

The onboarding process is well structured, and the training programs are practical and field‑oriented.

You are never left on your own. You learn how to sell better, advise better and perform better.

Guillaume

Sales Designer, SoCoo’c

I joined Hygena through a work‑study program and went on to hold several positions, including Sales Consultant, Store Animator and Store Manager, across different cities. After five years in Herblay, I managed the Dieppe store and contributed to the development of a new location.

Thanks to Fournier Retail, I have benefited from numerous training programs, which greatly supported my career progression. Today, I am Regional Director for the North‑West region, leading a multi‑brand network (SoCoo’c & Mobalpa) of 12 stores.

Nicolas

Regional Director – SoCoo’c & Mobalpa

I have always worked in sales, retail and mass distribution, which eventually led me to become a Mobalpa Store Manager. At first, I had some reservations, imagining the role as mainly managing sales teams under strong commercial pressure.

However, after visiting the store and discovering the new Mobalpa concept, I was truly won over. I particularly appreciate the diversity of roles I get to manage and the level of autonomy the position offers — whether in sales, human resources or operational management.

Mathieu

Store Manager, Mobalpa

When I joined the company as a Recruitment Officer, I immediately felt welcomed: exchanges before my arrival, a welcome kit, and a first day filled with meetings with my manager and the teams.

Over the years, I have been able to develop my skills thanks to the support and training opportunities offered by the company. After five years in recruitment, I was given the opportunity to move into a Career Development Manager role, a position created within the company — a great example of the internal career opportunities at Fournier Retail.
