Fournier Retail is the branch-based company of the Fournier Group, distributing the hygena, Mobalpa, and SoCoo’c brands in its 90 stores across France.
Fournier Retail also has a headquarters in the Hauts de France, which houses all support functions for its network of branch stores: construction services, IT, finance (general services, accounting, management control), human resources (payroll, personnel administration, legal, training, recruitment, workforce planning), commerce, audit, projects, and communication.
Fournier Retail, with its dynamic and committed teams, implements an ambitious company project that aims to combine business performance with the success of each employee. Fournier Retail is the only multi-brand branch network for interior design!

Interviews
One or two interviews follow, and that's it! We promise you a response regardless of the outcome of your application.

Welcome
We prepare your contract and your onboarding.

Your onboarding
A systematic and personalized onboarding process for all positions, including: a welcome kit, social events, in-store immersion, and training for sales profiles.

Your training
On average, 10 days of training per year per employee, provided during onboarding, for job transitions, or for skill development in your role.

Your mobility
With 3 brands, 90 stores, and a headquarters, the opportunities are numerous! All our recruitments are also open internally. Whether functional or geographical, we support your mobility by funding your relocation and/or providing skill development for your new role.

Your quality of life at work
