TEAMS
Within the Fournier Retail teams, we have both in-store employees and head office staff working in support functions. We mainly recruit store managers, sales designers, assistants, and technical inspectors. What do we all have in common? A genuine drive to challenge ourselves every day to deliver the best possible experience for our customers.

Your onboarding and Training
From day one, you will receive a welcome kit and benefit from a tailor‑made onboarding and support program covering sales, design, back office and management. This journey is structured in several stages and, for some roles, includes an immersion period alongside a designated mentor.
At the same time, you will take part in training sessions focused on our sales methods and processes, delivered through various formats (e‑learning, remote and in‑person training). The goal: to develop your technical skills and help you perform at your best.
We also offer a continuous training catalog designed to support you at every stage of your professional journey.
Your mobility
With three brands, 90 stores and a head office, there are many opportunities to grow within Fournier Retail. All our job openings are also advertised internally, giving everyone the chance to evolve. Whether your mobility is functional or geographical, we actively support your career development and help you take on new roles through continued skill development.
As an extra boost, for moves of more than 100 km, Fournier Retail covers part of your relocation costs.

We offer a competitive and motivating compensation package, including a fixed salary and a variable component based on your commercial performance.

When I joined SoCoo’c almost a year ago, I had quite a few preconceptions about how technical the role would be. I wondered whether I would be able to master everything.

I joined Hygena through a work‑study program and went on to hold several positions, including Sales Consultant, Store Animator and Store Manager, across different cities. After five years in Herblay, I managed the Dieppe store and contributed to the development of a new location.

I have always worked in sales, retail and mass distribution, which eventually led me to become a Mobalpa Store Manager. At first, I had some reservations, imagining the role as mainly managing sales teams under strong commercial pressure.
However, after visiting the store and discovering the new Mobalpa concept, I was truly won over. I particularly appreciate the diversity of roles I get to manage and the level of autonomy the position offers — whether in sales, human resources or operational management.
