The website https://jobs.fourniergroupe.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Site", is the career website of the Fournier Group, hereinafter referred to as "the Group", and is intended for candidates and future candidates applying for job offers within the Company. The terms "Users", "you", "your" refer to individuals whose data is processed when visiting and using the Site. This privacy policy aims to inform you of how the Group uses the personal data collected during your visits and use of the Site, and the options and rights available to you under applicable personal data regulations (in particular, in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 EU of April 27, 2016, known as the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR")).

The data controller is the entity that determines the means and purposes of processing personal data.The data controller for the website is Fournier Group, with a capital of €15,000,000, registered with the Annecy Commercial Registry under number 325 520 898 R.C.S., and whose headquarters is located at 18 rue des Vernaies F-74230 THÔNES.

  • Professional background and job preferences: desired jobs, preferred locations, skills, industry sectors, professional experience, driver's license, spoken languages, desired job types and contracts, desired salary, willingness to travel (if applicable);
  • Other application documents (if applicable);
  • Connection data: IP address, URLs visited, browser type, time of access.


3. Purpose of Data Processing


The Group processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing job offers that match candidates' professional profiles and/or preferences: through a simple search or via matching based on the CV submitted, using an algorithm that links the CV data to corresponding available job offers;
  • Managing applications for the Group’s job offers;
  • Building a CV database;
  • Measuring audience and conducting statistical studies to improve the user experience on the Site;
  • Securing and preventing fraud on the Site.


The Group ensures that at least one of the following legal bases applies when processing your personal data:

  • The implementation of pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract;
  • Your consent;
  • The legitimate interest of the Group;
  • Compliance with laws and regulations.


4. Recipients


Your personal data is exclusively intended for the Group and the designated staff responsible for recruitment. Subcontractors may be involved in providing the Site and its features, thereby having access to your personal data (e.g., hosting the Site). These subcontractors are contractually bound to guarantee a level of security and confidentiality for your personal data in compliance with applicable regulations, particularly the GDPR.
