I implement the Group’s HR strategy, develop projects, and propose tailored management tools. I support managers in all HR areas, including recruitment, training, and career management, and serve as the HR liaison for employees. This is especially demanding in a context of significant expansion of our brands, modernization of our production tools, and our information system.
