As a manager at Hygena, your main mission is to grow the store's revenue by making the best decisions. You guide your team towards success while fostering a positive work environment.
You closely monitor the store's performance indicators, manage post-sale processes from order to installation, and handle after-sales service if necessary. You also stay involved on the sales floor, selling and managing your own clients.

How to join us?
No experience in the kitchen sector is required! Joining hygena and becoming a hyxpert or a manager is simple. Just send us your resume. If your profile is selected, you will have a phone interview with a recruiter, followed by an in-store interview with the manager and/or the regional manager. For new store openings, a group recruitment day may be organized.

Training: from novice to hyxpert!
Your hyxpert adventure at hygena starts off big: from day one, our managers welcome you and you dive right into our unique sales method.
In three weeks, you will explore our products, learn to design kitchens through interactive in-store coaching, and take an immersive tour of our factory.
The Hygena training is simple: you come in curious, you leave a hyxpert.

How does the onboarding process work?
We support, integrate, and train you on the ground. In 3 weeks for a hyxpert, and 4 weeks for a store manager, you will be trained and ready to succeed.
I have no experience in the kitchen sector. Can I apply?
Of course! We are primarily looking for personalities. If you are dynamic, enjoy challenges, and want an easy start in life, apply!
How should you dress for a hyxpert day?
When you join a hyxpert team, you will receive a hyxpert wardrobe:
- 5 short-sleeve polos
- 5 long-sleeve polos
- 1 quilted sleeveless jacket
And my compensation?
You will receive a fixed salary plus attractive, motivating, and uncapped bonuses!
