Kitchener/Sales Designer

Your role as a Kitchener

Guide your client through their entire kitchen project from A to Z: understanding their needs, 3D design, sales, realization, and follow-up. You’ll have access to high-quality French products, a transparent and innovative sales method, all within a positive and cheerful environment.

Store Manager

Your role as a manager

Lead your team to achieve the store's objectives, focusing on both sales and customer satisfaction! Your daily routine will include morning briefings, sales debriefings, project tracking, and developing your team’s skills.

  • SALES ASSISTANT :

    Support the in-store team with client project management: handle orders with the factory, manage delivery and installation service providers, and oversee after-sales service. You are the manager’s right-hand person and play a key role in customer satisfaction.

  • TECHNICAL CONTROLLER :

    Review designs before sending them to manufacturing and plan installations. Your expertise helps prevent after-sales service issues and contributes to customer satisfaction. You work closely with the Kitcheners directly in-store.

After applying to the job listing, you can express your motivation through VisioTalent. Next, an initial phone call will allow us to get to know each other. You'll complete a personality inventory to prepare for the interview. Then, you'll have one or two interviews in-store. And that’s it!

Onboarding

At SoCoo’c, we welcome you with breakfast, a welcome kit in the company’s colors, and a guidebook to help you get started. A comprehensive training program is provided: first, an e-learning course on the basics of the role, followed by in-store immersion to practice your skills. You will then receive two weeks of training with an internal trainer, including one week at our training center in Annecy. Additionally, you'll have the chance to meet our store director and visit the factory to see how the products are made.

Your training doesn’t stop after onboarding. At SoCoo’c, we continuously nurture and develop your skills with our team of trainers. You’ll receive in-store coaching to support you daily, as well as advanced training in sales, design, and after-sales service. Additionally, we offer management training programs to prepare you for career advancement within the company.

SoCoo’c supports Habitat et Humanisme


SoCoo’c is a proud supporter of Habitat et Humanisme, an association dedicated to providing affordable housing for families and individuals with low incomes or in precarious situations. The organization develops intergenerational and inclusive residences with shared kitchens, and this is the program SoCoo’c has chosen to support.

Our Kitcheners volunteer their expertise to design kitchens tailored to these communal living spaces. These kitchens are then donated, delivered, and installed by SoCoo’c.

I want to open a store

To reach our goal of 240 stores, SoCoo’c continues to open new locations. Interested in entrepreneurship? Our development team is looking for profiles, not necessarily from the kitchen industry, to help expand the brand. All our franchisees receive personalized support.

Some of our stores are independent franchises, while others belong to the Fournier Retail network. Fournier Retail is the retail branch of Groupe Fournier and operates 90 stores (Hygena, Mobalpa, and SoCoo’c) that embody distribution expertise. Joining Fournier Retail means becoming part of a company with nearly 600 employees and enjoying all the associated benefits (profit-sharing bonuses, works council, career opportunities, etc.).
